1. Processing & Dispatch Times
- Standard Turnaround: Because our products are handmade, please allow 24 hours for us to process, pack, and safely hand-off your order to our courier.Â
- Peak Seasons: During busy holiday seasons (like October to December), processing times may extend to 1 to 2 days. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.Â
2. UK Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
We ship all UK orders via tracked courier services to ensure they arrive safely.
- Standard Shipping: £3.65 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 / Evri. Delivers in 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.Â
- Free Delivery: We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £35! This discount is automatically applied at checkout.Â
3. Order Tracking
Once your handcrafted items have been boxed up and dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. You can track your package directly through the link provided.
4. Wrong Address & Unclaimed Packages
Please double-check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address or because it went unclaimed at a local depot, a shipping fee will apply to re-send the item.
